Peace of Mind
We routinely perform full site backups on your website allowing us to restore your website in perfect working order in the event the unthinkable happens. Such as simple user error, a rogue plugin is updated which breaks functionality or features of your website that you rely on. Or even worse, you become victim of your website being hacked.
Security
As mentioned before, we take regular full site backups giving us the ability to restore if something goes wrong. But we also manually check and if needed improve your current security to help avoid someone attempting to hack your website.
We do this by addressing your current administrator account(s) usernames and passwords, we then set a limit on how many logon attempts can be made before blocking that connection. This prevents ‘bots’ from repeatedly trying to gain access automatically.
We are ALWAYS testing, checking and making recommendations on improvements to your website, so you can live with the peace of mind that your website is working as best as it can.
